After shopping around and getting quotes from several companies, including big box stores, it was clear that Henderson was the company for us. Their customer service and pricing is amazing. Fence was installed over a year ago. Recently one gate was damaged by a contractor. Called Henderson for a estimate to repair or replace. Chad came out & gave me 2 options.replace 2 posts or sand & repaint. Chose the latter. Next day he came out & fixed the 2 posts. Looks like new & no charge. Thank you so much Chad. We had Henderson Fence install a wood privacy fence around our yard in August of 2022. They were awesome! Fence turned out amazing. Literally had it done in two days! Cody and team were so professional. They didn’t leave a mess behind and were respectful of our property. Fast forward to July 2023…a tree branch that broke during a storm took out a 8 ft section of our fence…we were devastated. Henderson Fence said not to worry and Cody came out right away to look at the damage and the next day fixed the section that broke. If you hire Henderson Fence please know they treat you like family and they stand behind their product. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a fence or replacing an existing fence. We loved them when our fence was put in with their professionalism and knowledge but we love them even more for their customer service. Very honest and considerate company

Chad was amazing! I had a predicament since the fence was no longer available from the people who installed my fence 7 years ago. So I asked them who the manufacturer was, called the manufacturer and they referred me to Chad at Henderson Fence. My problem was due to the bottom railing failing because the original company installed the fence incorrectly and the rail was too short to support the fence so the fence panels fell out. Chad told me that he would fix my fence for me. He ordered the correct length and came out as promised and resolved my issue. He is honest, pleasant and definitely willing to help. I would highly recommend him and his company to get the job done. Previously two companies came out and neither did the job correctly. Going forward I will only deal with Chad. Henderson Fence was the subcontractor for my fence installation, which was the best part of the whole job. He made sure it was installed to my satisfaction. Now quite a few years later I started having issues with the gate assembly on both my gates. I called Chad Henderson and he returned my call, got me on his appointment schedule and came out and in 10 minutes saw the problem and fixed both gates. I was so thrilled I felt like crying. We chose Henderson fence in mid-March. Despite delays on the supplier's part (totally out of their control), Chad promptly responded to my emails&texts and gave us a weekly update. Despite issues with Covid-19 delays, the company was wonderful to work with and they let me know what was causing the backup. Once we are able to get moving they did an amazing job and were done within a few days.
