HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT
When getting a custom-built fence by Henderson Fence, there are a few things that we need to do in order to begin the project.
Measure and create Free estimate
A sales representative from Henderson Fence will come to your property and measure where the fence will be installed and provide you with a free estimate.
Secure permits* for your Home fence
Our operations manager will obtain the required permit from your local building administration.
Order materials
Once the permit has been submitted, we will order the materials for your job.
Complete Fence Installation
When the materials arrive for your custom fence, we will call you with an installation date.
*Each city permit process time varies. We cannot give an exact processing time. However, the permit application will be submitted promptly.

Despite issues with Covid-19 delays, the company was wonderful to work with and they let me know what was causing the backup. Once we are able to get moving they did an amazing job and were done within a few days. My yard looks great, the dogs can no longer escape the broken old fence, they removed everything, pulled out a bunch of overgrown areas, and hauled it all out! I couldn't be happier! Chad was amazing! I had a predicament since the fence was no longer available from the people who installed my fence 7 years ago. So I asked them who the manufacturer was, called the manufacturer and they referred me to Chad at Henderson Fence. My problem was due to the bottom railing failing because the original company installed the fence incorrectly and the rail was too short to support the fence so the fence panels fell out. Chad told me that he would fix my fence for me. He ordered the correct length and came out as promised and resolved my issue. He is honest, pleasant and definitely willing to help. I would highly recommend him and his company to get the job done. Previously two companies came out and neither did the job correctly. Going forward I will only deal with Chad. I wish I knew him at the initial installation.

Came across Henderson Services while searching for a fence contractor to complete a new wood privacy fence for our backyard. Chad and his team did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with their work!
