HERE'S WHAT TO EXPECT
When getting a custom-built fence by Henderson Fence, there are a few things that we need to do in order to begin the project.
Measure and create Free estimate
A sales representative from Henderson Fence will come to your property and measure where the fence will be installed and provide you with a free estimate.
Secure permits* for your Home fence
Our operations manager will obtain the required permit from your local building administration.
Order materials
Once the permit has been submitted, we will order the materials for your job.
Complete Fence Installation
When the materials arrive for your custom fence, we will call you with an installation date.
*Each city permit process time varies. We cannot give an exact processing time. However, the permit application will be submitted promptly.

When you hire Henderson Services LLC to install a fence and a front porch railing, (yup, they can help with that too) this is what you can expect. As an example of how committed the staff is: I did not agree with where the the front porch railing was installed, I called, and staff corrected the issue with no questions asked. I cannot say how impressed I am with this company. Chad went above and beyond to get the job done. My neighbor had agreed with putting up a fence and changed his mind AFTER it was ordered! Chad called the Twp. and we brainstormed ideas but in the end, it couldn’t happen. Although I am more than disappointed, I am thankful to Henderson Fence for the time and trouble and for returning my deposit!
